Wild Seasoning’s executive chef & owner Freddie has honed this experience throughout his 12 years in the Food & Drinks industry in a range of cheffing & management positions including head chef & sous chef roles at Law firms in the city such as DLA Piper, Clyde & Co & Barlow Lyde & Gilbert, working as deputy Catering manager at Channel 4. Working with his FOH manager Ally Neale in recent times, due to the demand of larger weddings & corporate functions of 150+ guests, they consistently deliver outstanding events with professionalism & efficiency to match any corporate catering company, but essentially maintaining the intimacy & flexibility of a small catering company.
